Our expert auditors conduct a thorough, on-site physical inspection of your kitchen covering 112 strict hygiene checkpoints.

Based on your audit score, your establishment is awarded a transparent hygiene grade. Only top-performing kitchens receive an 'A'.

Receive Your Assets
Once certified, you get access to an Owner Dashboard to print your A4 Wall Certificate and Staff Handler Cards. Certificates are valid for exactly 1 year.
Transparent Grading System
SafeServe grades range from A (Excellent) to E (Needs Urgent Improvement). If standards drop significantly, certificates can be publicly revoked to protect consumers.
